Hi,

My parents are going for B2 stamping in Mumbai Consulate on Aug 10th . I am in process of preparing Property affidavit document and I want to know whether this document should be strictly on Stamped paper prepared by a lawyer or property valuator ?

Any direction or help is highly appreciated

The affid can be prepared by anyone - it must be notarized by a public notary and typed on a Rs 20/- stamp paper
