I want to purchase a VCR, which can play both Indian and American video cassettes. What are my options? Thanks in advance for any suggestion!

Look for Multisystem VCR, it may cost you more. Which can play and ecord both NTSC(american) and PAL (Europe and India) Video Standards..
Search on Google for Multisystem VCR and you will get TONS of sources ..
