I am trying to sponsor "Travel Visa" for my brother who is 32 years
old.

Will there be any problem for his age? Does US consulate consider
even age to issue Travel visas?

Need advise.

Age alone can not be a problem.
Most important is overall case, whether or not he is employed , his married status, family, reason for visit etc.
I would say do not make negetive assumptions, prepare as per the requirement and apply.
