Dear Murali,
1.My parents got B2 till sep 14 2006. I would like to extend for another 3 months till dec 10th 2006. Is it ok to apply now. I got another 2 and half months.
2. Also do I need to send the phtocopies of parents passport and my passport
while sending the i-94 copy.
3. For financial support do i need to send only bank statement or W2 and company letter can be added.
4. Also got a question, once i apply and did not get any response until the sep 14 2006 do they need to leave or stay and wait for the mail. will that period of stay considered legal?
