I am the sponsor for my parents' visitor visa (appointment on Jul 21st). My visa is expired, but I have a renewed H1B petition and I-94.
When I send the copies of documents, would the form I-797 of the petition suffice OR should I send the entire petition set? (I would send the I-94, visa and passport copies anyway.)
Please suggest ASAP as I want to send the documents today/tomorrow. Would greatly appreciate if you could e-mail your response to satya_nadiminti@infosys.com
