Home theatres

I want to buy home theatre that is around 500-600W with some of these requriements:
a) Code free multi region
b) Active speakers
c) DTS, Dolby, Pro logic etc(as many formats as possible)
d) S-video, Component and digital video Input/output.
e) Economical.

Please suggest with systems(with some URL pointers) that you are aware of these requirements. TIA.
