I would like to buy this camcorder JVC-SXM180.Can you guys tell me how good is this model?If not can you suggest me any good pal format camcorders to india?Thanks.

There is no need to buy PAL camcorder. You can by NTSC also. In India most of the new TV supports NTSC/PAL. I have NTSC camcorder. I converted video recording it into VCD. No my in-laws are playing that VCD anywhere in India. IT can be played on old TV only VCD. If you have very old TV then You may not be able to connect Camcorder directly to TV.
