Any Good Experiences with Health Insurance???

Hi!
I have read lots of sad stories about the Indian Health Insurance Plans on this site. My parents are planning to visit me and now I am too scared to buy from an India based Insurance company. Can anyone suggest me a good American based co. Anyone had good experiences??Sharing that would me most welcome.
