When do I get Medical Insurance

Friends,

Please help me... my Inlaws are visiting us from India next weekend. My FIL is over 60 & my MIL is over 50, when should I take their Medical Insurance as I plan to buy it locally than buying it from India. Moreover, which plan is good for them as I dont want to run from pillar to post identifying what is covered & what is not.

#1. choose the plan start date , the same date when they start trvaling.
