Is this a pre-existing condition?

Hi,

My father underwent a bypass surgery 12 years ago.
He has been normal (tw!) and on medicines ever since (more as a precautionary daily habit). Is his condition considered a pre existing heart problem ? Any suggestions ?

Yes , this may be considered as a pre exisiting condition.
There are almost no insurance company which can cover 100% pre exisiting conditions, however the Liaison from SRI does cover with some conditions/time, etc read more about that on this website.
