Hi,
I am married and am currently on an H4 visa but have filed for an H1B visa in this quota. My husband is on an H1B visa since last year. My older sister and bro-in-law are in India. They both are working professionals and have a 1 year old baby. Would they have trouble in getting visitors visas if they want to come and visit us around the end of this year, say Nov-Dec? How do we go about this?
