My Mother appeared for Visitor Visa at Chennai. She had all documents sent from me. But she did not carry documents supporting her financial status in India like my father's photo, Financial status documents like his Land documents, copy of passbook attested, 3 years tax payment documents etc..
They gave a generic letter that "based on the financial background, we are unable to grant visa today" something like this.
What are the next steps for re-appearin for VIsa.? How do we seek re-applicaton. Should we seek a fresh appointment by fresh visa application fee ?. Please advise.
