I-94 form

hi , my parents have got 1 year multiple visas.may be they might fly in the coming 15 days.what I wanted to know was both of my parents cannot converse & read english.so how are they going to fill embarkation,I-94 & custom form.would they get any help from the flight attendent or do they have form copies in regional languages.please reply ASAP,coz they r really worried @ the same.
are all the 3 forms compulsory to be filled by them???

the form is only in english.
Let them request any co-pessenage to fill the form for them.
