Thanx for the replyies i got for the thread posted can u please inform me that when to apply for b1 exten can be applied with in 30 days before the expiry of the I94 and can plese seniors suggest change of status to be done after applying for extn after b1 and what if i dont travel after getting h1 when can i apply for Gc with out going out what out of usa can i apply for gc and when can i go ahead and let me know all what documents should be submitted for b1 visa ext it left with more than 36days left what are the precations to take and is it a good apply for h1 and how can i apply for gc or i485 with b1 visa valid please suggest me

senior members i have got offers for sponsering for h1b but i know lots of desi companies play with ur life and they are saying me they will do my b1 extn also now what finicial doucments do i have to submit since my company is based in us and iam trying to negioate contract on behalf of my companay here and can i take letter from the companies which aim negioating for bussiness will that help and what are the finicial letter i should submit my retun ticket is in september so can i apply for 4month extn or 6mont pls help me out now the company says min base sal they will offer is 50 k and can i take this step or better start a branch of my parent company from india and extend my visa on that basis which options are best plese help the companyies here who are telling me min they will pay be 1500 after all expen from oct is this a good offer + they are willing to pay me commision on work
