Reapplying procedure

Hi

It has taken me a couple of days to get bach from the shock that my parents visa got rejected. I have some queries regarding reapplying and want to get everything right the second time.

LAst time my husband sponsored and visa was not issued ( MAy 2006)

1. I have an EAD which expires in Dec 2006. Can I sponsor now as my husband says it can be renewed.

2.i am starting my residency in July with an annual salary of 48K.I have a joint account with my husband showing funds of ~ 40 k. Will this suffice to prove that i will be able to sponsor my parents?

3.Can my parents use the documents like property affidavit, affidavit of ties etc prepared in MAy for an interview in october or November 06 or should they have every thing afresh?

1. any one of you sponsor, last time they got refused doesnt mean sposor is the reason, any way if you think you want to sponsor this time you can do so, if you are in job/earning.
Copy of EAD should be OK

2. Yeah, property documents etc prepared in May is ok, unless there is any significant changes.
