My Parents got their Visitor's visa last year which is valid for 10 years. My sister had sponsored the trip and she is returning back to India the next month.
I am in USA and plan to get my parents here. I am worried if there will be any problem if the sponser is not in the country.
I would like to know if I need to send any documents to support their stay here. If so, what are the documents and where should I file them?
