Hello

My brother is a US Citizen and my daughter is a GC Holder and i am planning to apply for B2 Visa.is it advisable to mention my Brother citizen status in the DS 156 Form.Will that have any impact on my case as he is a the US Citizen?Will the visa officer will find my brother status if i didn't mention his status in my DS 156 Form.

Do not lie to the VO. your daughter and brother's status will not affect your application. Mention everything in DS-156 and 157 and answer only to the questions asked. Do not volunteer anything.
