Mothers V-Visa: Change of sponsor for the second time

Hi,


My mother got her visa last year and my uncle who is a citizen spnsored her documents.

This time I want to sponsor documents to my mother and I am on EAD?

Will there be issues if there is change of sponsor for the second time.

Anything in specific that I need to watch out for?

Chances your mom get visa to US is high provided she did not overstay beyond her period last time. Also, she need to be prepared to answer if asked why she wants to visit USA again since she visited only last year.

You sponsoring this time is not a problem.

Wanted to know if the visitor visa is anyway related to the sponsor's visa.

If somebody gets a 10yr multiple entry visa after being sponsored by a sponsor A, can they come to the US again on the same visa when sponsor A is not residing in the US?
Or they have to apply for new visa with a sponsor B who's residing in the US?
