H1B to L1

Requesting to know if it is possible to transfer from h1b to L1 visa. Kindly advise...on vhpcan@yahoo.com.

if youa r ein USA then you can file for change of status an then you cannnot go back to ur H1 if the quota is over.

outside usa the last application applies, your H1 pettion gest cancelled if you apply for L1 after that and will be issued for L1 visa

note that u can change status to l1 - L1 requires u to satisfy some requirements (such as having worked for the foreign branch in the last 3 years, etc) - Please check with ur company attorney for more info.
