Hello,

I have read on Path2Usa website that Sponsor needs to provide the Original Birth certificate when parents appear for the interview.

I read on this thread: http://forum.path2usa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13510, that "Notarised affidavit from parents/relatives will do."

How should Parents do Notary? Is there any template of the Notarised document?

Other than this, will 'School Leaving Certificate' of either 10th or 12th Standard of Sponsor do ?

Any suggestions.

Thanks,
Hardik

I sponsored visa for my mother. I donot have Birth Certificate. My mother took affidavit on behalf of me. The Officer at consulate didnot ask any question regarding birth certificate and she got visa for 10 Years
