Differences in LCA and Offer letter

Hi All,
I have my H1 approved and I would be attending the interview this month end.
I have a problem w.r.t consistency between Labour Condition Agreement(is that we refer as LCA ??) and the offer letter.

Diff#1
In the offer letter it was mentioned as I would be meber of the technical staff. Where as in the LCA it was mentioned as Software Engineer.

Does it create any problem?

In the offer letter it was mentioned as 'Full-time employee'
However in LCA for question 4 in section C Is this position part time? It was answered as YES.
Does it create any problem?

My wage mentioned in the petition is $XXXXX. However in the offer letter it was little more.
Does it create any problem?

Such difference are OK, common and acceptable dont worry you are fine.
