Dibon is a TX based company, I have heard a lot of good things about them. Spoke to a couple of their consultants too. They are good. I guess they have a branch in NJ too, there is a bengali lady over there who once contacted me for some opportunity.
Good luck

Thanks Hardcoreahmanite.
Let me give u the details: I've 5 yrs exp in Java/J2EE and am on L1 right now.
Here is a comparison of offers from Dibon and Finsoft:
1. Dibon:
$60 K salary, $2000 deposit for H1B processing to be reimbursed after 3 months, 1 week paid vacation
2. Finsoft: $45k salary+ $ 15 k per diem, $ 750 for H1B processing to be reimbursed after 1 year, one way airfare for me and my spouse,
2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid insurance, bench salary- for 6 weeks but it won't be mentioned in contract.
cant decide, salary wise dibon is not so attractive but its a big firm.
pls give me more suggestion all members, this is very urgent. pls.

well with 5 years of experience under your belt, u sud deserve a minimum of $75K with full benefits. nevertheless, just a quick question, is dibon not gonna pay for the one way fare for you and your wife? Are they not gonna cover any kind of relocation expenses for you? One week of hotel accomodation, one week car rental? If they do then go for it.

Hardcore
I read some diffrent views about dibon in Immigrationportal forums
I have nothing against the company but here are some
dibon is a fraud
i have heard terrible things about Dibon. their reputation in dallas is very bad. i have heard that they never pay consultants on time. also, they are promise consultants greencard processing and never do it. all big talk. they also take money for everything and give you nothing. lots of people have filed in labor court against them. a fraud desi company.

I am working for finsoft from past 4 months. The comany is good but i thing the salary which they offer is quite less than the other consultants. Even I have paid for my H1B which would be refunded after a year.

Well, I have changed my visa from H4 to H1. I had a very specific terms with finsoft that I would like to be in MD where my husband is currently working. So when my H1 was applied, I did search for jobs. I got selected and then after my H1 approval I joined the company the very next day. Regarding the term of the project, it all depends upon your performance i think. My project was initially for 3 months but then it got extended further. With whome are u in touch with Finsoft ? The people over there are very friendly.

Are they good. They are asking for 1k$, deposit , being returned after 3 months. In percentage system there is no benefits involved.
Please let me know if they have good clients in this domain, in the california / Texas area especially. And how exactly is their pay structure. Are they regular on their pay schdules, and if they give regular pay stubs.
