H1B, Am I Eligible?

I am working as Software professional, having 6 yrs of experience.my doubt is i am eilible for H1B or not?

After 12th(H.S.C) I have done Diploma in Electronics & Communication.
then 'A' level from DOEACC.

please let me know ASAP, i am waiting for your reply.
