Hi All,
I was working for MNC in India. they had 3 months notice pay meaning if a permanant employee wants to leave organization then he/she has to give 3 months notice period or 3 months salary.
I came to USA in december and quit that MNC in March(i was on unpaid leave) , now they are demanding the amount equals to my 3 months pay.
I want the consequences i may face if i dont pay that amount apart from not getting the experience letter...
Plssssss help. Anyone who has prior experience or saw any such cases plsss help.
