Planning to go INDIA on H4, But H1 is Filled.

Hi All,

My wife is planning to goto india in next month on H4 , But her new H1 is filled in FY2007 Quota.:confused:

Is it Ok to go with H4 and come back before september.

Or

Is any problem that If I-94 changes if she travel to india and comeback.

Please suggest in this, so that i will plan accordingly ,

It is recommended to not to travel while chnage of status is pending.
This type of questions answered many times on this forum.

if u travel while COS is pending, then ur h1 may be approved but COS will probably not be approved.
u wld again need to re-enter with a valid h1 stamp to get into h1 status
