refusal of visitors visa

i and my parents were refused visitors visa.
1) i want to know that if i have to reapply for the same , can i have to get new interview date along with fresh fee?
2)if i can apply with in one month of the date of refusal can i get an early date
of interview?

yes, u have to pay the appln fees again and schedule new appt. By rule, u can reapply after 3 days of first appearence.
