Visa Date and I 94 for my parents - confussion !

Hi

what if my parents get a visa for 6 months and that expires on Oct 30 '2006...whats does this mean that they have to come to US and return before Oct 30 or they have to enter US before Oct 30

Can they enter US in mid October and then stay for 3 months....if they have I 94...my questions are

1) Can they enter US in Mid Oct when their first visitor visa is getting expeired on Oct 30

2) Can they get I-94 for 3-6 mths...i mean can immigration issue I 94 even post date of US visa.

3) will there be any problem in their next visa if this happens !

1. Yes they can enter into USA any time before the expiry fo the visa stamp.
2. Yes, they may get I94 date max up to 6 months from the date of entry and that may go beyond the expiry of the visa stamp.
3. There should not be any problem in their next trip because of this situation.
