Parents Visitor visa and validity of my H1

Please advice me...

My Parents are going to attend for Visitor visa in chennai in last week of August 2006.

But my current H1 will expire in middle of October 2006.

In the mean time my emplyer will apply for extension.


Is it good idea to attend visa interview with old H1 and extension applied letter(INS letter)

or

Better to wait upto release of my new H1.

No issues in ur case. Just apply with the extension receipt and also at the time of interview ur ststus is valid. So don't worry
