sponsering in-laws

Hi All,
My in-laws have been rejected visa 3 times now . We have work permit so this time I wanted to sponser them as primary instead of my husband . Can we sponser them jointly , I being the primary sponsor ? Can I sponsor them having a work permit on which my husband is the primary ?

There is no concept and provision for Joint Sponsoring, only one person can be the sponsor. Who ever can show and provide all necessary documents required documents for sponsorship should be the sponsor.

My doubt was that counselor might rise a question that why am I sponsoring instead of my husband ?
