My Uncle and Aunt got visa refusal. When I talk to My Uncle he accepted that he could not speak any thing when officer asking him. He could not understand the accent. He is so tense that he could not speak any thing.

I tried to find the slot for Telegu transilator but I could not find. Is there any way that they can request during the time of Interview. Please suggest how they can request and where they need to request?

I am planning to add a letter addressing the officer saying that My inlaws are having difficult in understanding the accent and requesting him to provide Telugu translator, I am not sure if I am allowed to do that?

You should have taken the option at the time of setting the appointment.
I am not sure if they can accomodate the translator request at the last moment, Try communicaiting with VFS and see if they have suggections/solution to this situation.
