Reg I134 Q 9 Help PLEASE

I have submitted an I 134 in dec 2005 for my in-lwas and their visa was rejected. now my parents are having interview in mid May do i need to mention my in-laws name and date for Q 9. I am little scared to mention. But can anyone let me know will consulate know abuot all this.

Hi..my parents visa was rejected first time and I'm re-applying again, So I guess I still need to put their names on the I-134 for Q9 when I apply for the second time for them? If yes, what will be the "date submitted"? Will it be the date of their first interview or will it be the date on the I-134 submitted for the first time? Please clarify.
