We are planning to bring one of my aunt to USA and I am a US citizen and my husband is a greencard holder. I am planning to sponsor for her visitor visa and she has a different last name than I do. She is about 55 yrs old.. has two kids in india that are married and have children.. her husband is in India as well..

1. What are the chances of her getting the visa?

2. IS there anything special I need to tell her to do or answer in her interviews that will increase her chances of her coming here?

My parents live here in the USA.. my husbands parents are in INdia (they already have 10 yr visitor visas themselves). Does anyone have any success stories in similar situation?

Thanks in advance!!!

ETA: Also would she have better chances of getting the visa if she went along w/ my uncle? Also she is not financially strong at all.. so I don't know if that's going to work..

every applicant has to prove strong ties to India at the time of i/v. u can sponsor her the same way as u sponsored ur parent's visa
