We made Mistake in DS 156

Hi
We have already filled DS156 online .In my mother in-laws form, place of birth instead of Amereli we put Mumbai and in state instead of Gujarat we put Maharastar. Now when I go online it is not allowing me to change. Pl. needs help. What should I do?? Inter view date is in first week of May.

print a blank form, fill out all details manually. Take both forms with u. Let the officer know abt the changes. U should be fine
