Item 7 in form I-134 (affidavit of support)

In form I-134 in Item 7 there is a field "street and number, city, state, zipcode"

7. That I am employed as or engaged in the business of (Type of Business) with (Name of Concern)

at (Street and Number) (City) (State) (Zip Code)


My employer is Fujitsu Consulting (is this the name of concern?) and it is located in New Jersey. Whereas I work in South Carolina at a client site.

The question I have is whether I should give the address of my employer Fujitsu or the client in South Carolina?

1. Yes name of the concern means - company name.
2. Provide the address of your employer/company which is there on your paystub and all other official document.
