Hi, My parents hold a 10 year multiple entry visa. They visited me in Dec'04 and left back to India in May'05. They came back in Aug'05. At that time, at the port of entry they were warned that they should stay for atleast 6-8 months in India before coming back. But they were given a six month stay period with their I-94 bearing an exit date of Feb'06. But due to some family emergency, my father left back in Nov'05 and mother left in Dec'05. Now, I am planning to invite them here in July'06. It is 6 months from their depqarture ( dec'05), but not yet from the departure date in their I-94. Is it safe to invite them now? Would there be problems at the port of entry? Appreciate any help. Thanks
