Address change in Forms DS156 and DS157

Hi ,

There is a address change in the forms DS156 and DS 157 . We filled the forms when we were in NY. We shifted to NC (North Carolina ) 2 weeks back . Is there any form that we have to fill to specify address change , as our Forms DS 156 and DS 157 have New York Address . Will this create problem ? Kindly Suggest .

If you have already taken appiontment and filled these forms you may change certain part of information. This should be done online at VFS website.
Or else you may carry a new form with corrected info and submit at the time of interview.
