Hi,

My dad has visa appt on apr 17. I messed up the d156 form, in terms of the last name of my dad , i just his full name in the first name and middle name columb and my mom was not planning to come with him before but now she is also planning to come now.
I tried to change question from 15-24 and it would not let me do that , its telling there is problem with question 2., where as when i print its all ok.

My mon has a 10 year visa, and dad had a 1 year visa, but expired, They were here in the us in 2003 for t month ,

Can anybody please tell , what do i do with the form. Are we only supposed to print and take the form we fill on the vfs website or we can fill any d156 form and take it.

U have to take a printout of the online form while going for interview. But u can print out a blank copy and fill in all details manullay if there is a change that can't me made online. Take this copy along with the online copy. Let the officer know abt these changes while they collect the forms.

I have actually done that, also printed the form as is and corrected it by hand too. so have send all three forms and asking my dad to check with the officer , which he is ok with.

Don't write over the online printout. printout a blank form and fill it.
