Hi..this is mainly for all those who were rejected visa under section 214b. Does the refusal letter indicate any specific reason why the visa was rejected to you? I just recd a fax copy of the letter from my Dad and to me it looks more like a general letter. There is nothing on the letter that indicates it was refusal letter for my parents' case # or any details about them. Is that how its supposed to be? Shouldn't it have their case # and/or specific reason why they were refused visa under 214b? Can you check and see how your letter looks? Please let me know. There is a sample of 221g document at http://www.path2usa.com/immigration/visitorvisa/visa_refusal.htm but nothing for 214b. Thanks to all in advance!
