I-134 need for revisits ?

Hi,

My mother-in-law stayed with us between Nov 2004-Aug 2005 for about 10 months (she got approval for a 4 month extension period which she fully utilized except for about 4 days or so). Now she is visiting us again next week along with her husband. She has 10yr multiple entry B2 visa.

Will there be any issues during this visit ?

Any idea how long she will be allowed to stay (is 4 month request reasonable) ?

Do I need to send I-134 ?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't think there will be any problem.
No need of any I134... U can send her an invitation just in case.. (not mandatory)

Duration of stay is all up to the POE officer.. Ask 3-4 months...
