Hi Group
I am trying for the visitor visa for my parents...but here seems to be some issue
1) I have not filed my tax return because my wife is on L2 and she had applied for her EAD...EAD has not come till now so SSN cannot be issued hence I have to take extension
2) When my parents go to consulate can they explain this situation to the VO or do i need to get any letter from tax deptt on extension of my visa- donno if they issue any such thing or not
