Applying in different consulate office

My parents got their visa rejected couple of times in 2003 in Mumbai.

They are planning to try this year. Can they try to get visa appointment date in Chennai or Delhi?


Please advice.

No, if ur state of residence is under Mumbai jurisdiction, u can't apply anywhere else.
