query - guidance!!

Hi,
my brother is currently in college in india....... he is appearing with my parents for b2-visa.

Does he has to show conduct certificate or bonafide certificate frm college... what other docs should he provide from his college to imply that he will return back to india.

hmmmm.....generally it is very difficult to get visa for young people.

but as you are giving a try.

Get the following docs

1) bonafide from college
2) college Id
3) Letter from principal saying that the student SHOULD return in specified time else he would be debarred from college.
4) leave sanction letter
5) some photo ID

just for my knowledge,for how much time is our brother planning to visit USA? what is he studying ?

my brother planning to come along with my parents for 1 month...... dad and he can spend only maximum that much.... and my bro is doing 1st yr bcom.
