Hi..me and my infant daughter (7 months) are scheduled for visitors visa interview in may-end. I have 3 questons and will be thankful for your views:

1.I quit my job recently after birth of my daughter. will this be considered negative by the consulate.

2. Me and my husband jointly own 2 properties ( financed) which we have recently bought. Should i disclose at the time of interview that they are on loan.

3.Apart from properties I can show bank balance and stocks and mutual funds in my name upto 8 lakhs do we still ask for sponsorship documents from my sister-in-law ( a greencard holder) or should I declare that i will be self sponsoring my trip and only provide my own docs.

Thanks for your time and look forward to helpful comments.:)

I guess you are applying for a Tourist visa (B1/B2) ?
Is your husband also traveling with you ? please provide some more information.
