HI,
In form DS 156 - applicants must provide the place of stay.
Actually i used to stay with my uncle and his family out here. But recently moved close to work.
My question is should my parents fill my name and my uncle's address or uncle's name and his address for the place of stay. (all my docs as sponsor have my name and my uncle's address).
Please let me know - as how this part for ds 156 should be filled up.
