Hi,

Just wanted to tell people about the shitty customer service that i got from reliablecom.com.
I had purchased a Golder Moments phone card to india bombay from them and i never got a access number . So i checked on their website didnt find the 1-800 or 1-888 access number i called them on Monday spoke with a agent called Frank he said when you need to buy a new phone card login to your accound and you will be able to purchase it without paying it he said thats how we handle refunds so today i logged in and never was able to see that option. He made a big joke of me. So i called today and spoke with a supervisor and he was explaining the same thing was on phone with them for 40 mins they suck like anything i have to call my bank to get a refund .

Just wanted to warn you guys about it,.

Never ever purchase a phone card from www.reliablecom.com and if you do then GOD help you.

Hey Sammy I have gone thru the same thing,
I was suppose to get 29mins and unbelieveably got some how 9mins.:mad: ... they are real big fraud ...customer care is also poorest....finally they said they would return my credit ,and I got that back after 5days!!!!!!!

try http://www.lotsofminutes.com , i find them honest and using it for 2 years. i can check online log of my calls after my call is finished.
