I will be getting my h1 processed this year. But it appears that the toughest part is the getting the H1 stamped at the consulate. I am looking at this senario. Please let me know how feasible it is.
I will get my visa processed through a consultacy by paying him money. Now..it will try and get a job in US from india itself saying that i have a H1. The chances are greater that you would get a call from the company as compared to applying without H1 processed i believe. After i get a job in US( I am still in india) i would want to transfer the H1 to the new company. Now i will attend the Consulate for stamping with new company's offer letter.
I believe this senario is feasible but what are the things which should be taken care of. Can i apply for stamping as soon as transfer is initiated or should i be waiting till the transfer is complete? Please advise.

If u get ur H1 approved for A , u cannot go for stamping for B.
u cannot transfer ur H1 while u r in india..u have to be physically in US under A;s payroll.
only then u can transfer..
