Guys,

I am going to the counslate next month please let me know the list of docs that are to be carried ideally.

I have alread made a list of docs mentioned in the below web link butsince my h1 sponsor is a counsulting company in US what are the extra docs that are to be carried to handle the VO efficiently. Pls help me Murali veena or anybody

Try to cary what ever possible.

1) Original job offer letter from the petitioner.

2) A list of all candidates petioned by the petitioning entity in the US embassy, The exact times in which they Joined and worked, (including the date of departure if No longer with that entity) and there current whereabouts.

A detailed description of the petitioner’s needs for this position and how the beneficiary worker intends to address them. Provide specific examples of how the persons skills match the petitioner’s needs.

3) Interior and exterior photos of Principle worker at work with employer’s permission
4) Interior and exterior photos of Principle worker at home.
5) Photographs (15) of the inside & outside of the petitioners work premises to be provided by employer.
7) Interior and exterior photos (15) of the petitioning employers work premises and of the work premises where the H or L worker is / will be deployed to be provided by employer.
8) A list of all the employers’ active projects. Indicate who is the client and Point of contract at the client end with phone numbers and email for that person(s). If the contract with the client is held by 3rd party, Provide names and contact information for that party as well. Do not send a batch of contracts in lieu of this documentary requirement.
9) Provide a detailed and specific account of how the H / L worker will be employed during the next 12 months. Be sure to specify location, client and client contact information, Nature of the project and Duration of the project.

10) Principal’s certified or notarized state and federal tax return for the last (3) years including 2003 / 2004.
11) Original 1040 / W-2 forms and Pay stubs for every year that the beneficiary worker in the US.
12) W-2 forms for all the people employed by the petitioner for the 2004 and dates of their Joining.
13) A complete Resume and a covering letter describing your current Job duties in detail.
14) Explain the H/L workers 2003-2004 earnings if less than mandated by the LCA, please explain.
15) A complete statement from the petitioning employer explaining How and why the H or L worker’s position has been kept vacant since the time the Job was offered.
16) Identify the petitioning entities personnel needs for the next 12 months.
17) An explanation from the petitioner / employer that may explain why the principles salaries were well under the required minimum set by law.
