Hi all,
I think I'm the only one who is fighting so many times for H4 visa.
First time I was not aware of the documents. So I sent only petetion and letter from my employer. That time they asked for LCA.
Second time my wife went with LCA and they
After a careful review of your application for a visa,
we have concerns that you and/or your family may be
likely to become a public charge in the United States.
According to Section 212(A) of the Immigration and
Naturalization Act, a public charge is some one who is
likely to become primarlly dependent on the government
for subsistence or institutionalization for long-term
care at government expense.
You are welcome to submit any information that you
believe could serve establish that you and your family
will not become public charges. Alternatively, you may
wish to explain the reason why your earnings have so
low. Please note if you choose to reapply, you would
need to submit the application fee again.
I'm getting more than what I have on my LCA. I took a letter from my company attorney saying that I'm getting enough money to survice here in US.
My wife went with that letter and all my pay stubs and attended in Jan first week. They asked for 2005 tax retruns.
I sent the tax returns.
This time they asked for new LCA and letter from the client. They told to put all the documents in drop box.
I took new LCA from my employer and letter from the client. We dropped every thing on Mar 2th. Still we didn't get any response from them.
Please help me how to contact them regarding the status of application.
Thanks
