All these desi companies have a straight strategy to work and make a ton of money.

1. Get people from India (they are cheap and have less or no knowledge of how things work in US)
2. Give them a broad picture of life in US, some very lucrative things are, green card, living standards, etc.
3. FREE accomodation, FREE H1 (they may take some money from you as a security deposit)

So I honest advice, stay away from such companies. If you really wanna come to US and pursue a career here, then its alright to come with such companies, work with them for a year and then hunt for a better deserving company.
