Can you help ......
1) I am currently on H1B in USA with valid I-94 and expired visa. My wife went back to India in Nov 2005 for delivery and planning to get her H4 VISA now(her old visa expired).
Under what category does she needs to book appointment in VFS-USA site?
Is INDIAN citizen -US resident or Indian citizen? Here are her details...
a)Travelled to USA on Mar-2004 on H4 VISA ...
b)Went to India for delivery in NOv 2005
c) Her visa expired in Jan 2006
d) Baby born in Feb 2006
e) planning to come back in Sep 2006.
If it is indian citizen, then she needs to book only in chennai and dates there are aroung Sep 2006 otherwise if it INDIAN citizen -US resident( she can get dates in Delhi/kolkata/Mumbai/chennai) available dates for there are arounf July 2006...
Please advise as early as possible...
